Manoja Palliyaguru Jayawardhane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of Information Technology. For the past twenty six years, she has contributed to the field of Automatic Identification and Systems Integration where she efficiently met unique organizational and technological constraints to produce significant achievements in cost reduction, service delivery and internal process improvement. She is the CEO/Director of Automated Barcode Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (ABSL) since 2004 and has worked in the Finance field, counting for more than 36 years of experience altogether.
Manoja started as a Trainee in Accounting field and pursued her career as an Accountant and is a self- learner in IT and has become one of the very few Women CEOs in the field of Automatic Identification. Prior to joining ABSL she has worked in many large corporates in Sri Lanka in various fields. She is currently responsible for leading the Organization which comprise of qualified and trained technical staff , management of project planning initiatives for the growth of the company which has a huge future potential. Her leadership role focuses to strategize and for effective operational level improvements for long-term ROI maximization in diversifying and investing in new technologies.
Manoja is a single mother, and has contributed in many ways to the young undergraduates as a Mentor, supporter in developing personalities and believes in transferring knowledge she gained for 36 years to the present generation to groom them. Her passion is serving her own community. She has carried out many projects to empower women, differently abled youngsters and developing skills in vulnerable and support needed communities .She is a Management Accountant by profession with a vast knowledge in Accounting Standard and Procedures in many sectors , Finance, Manufacturing, Services and IT.

I strongly believe human capital is the most essential part in an Organization and educating and building confidence in them is the key role of my leadership. Building strong relationships with my team members and creating a collaborative and supportive work environment is my main focus.
